The high pressure we are encountering at present is allowing a trickle of migrants through, but not the hoped for rush. Most noteworthy today was a Yellow hammer and Reed Bunting south, along with 3 Redwing, 2 new Fieldfare, on top of the 2 still on site, a Woodcock first thing and brief visits from 7 Siskin and a Brambling. Offshore 42 Barnacle Geese and a Red-throated Diver south.
Ringing produced only 2 Blackbird, and a controlled Great Tit.
