2 Fieldfare are today's migrants. A pleasant morning for a good look around the reserve produced the first Rock Pipit sighting for nearly three weeks on the point, 17 Linnet & a Goldfinch. Offshore a Shag flew south then across towards Dovercourt. The mild conditions were probably responsible for Mr & Mrs Peregrine flying around the observatory indulging in a bit of display and interactions just as it was about to get light which is a bit early to be getting down to that sort of malarkey which normally begins in January.
