3 Ringed Plover have returned to investigate the nesting sites - it is suspected that they winter up the nearby estuaries & start popping in from this time of the year onwards to check all's ok.
Offshore southbound 4 Shelduck, & 2 Red-throated Diver with northbound Common Scoter & Fulmar. 3 Turnstone are along the river, 2 Purps at the point & 3 Fieldfare paid a visit.
